About Us

Our Operations

To deliver on our mission effectively, we have structured our expertise into three specialized business operations. Each division is designed to address a critical pillar of human capital development, working independently or in concert to provide holistic solutions.

This division focuses on the human element of organizational success—identifying, guiding, and managing the talent that drives business performance. We partner with companies to ensure they have the right people, in the right roles, with the right support structures to excel.

Services include:

  • Career Guidance, Planning, and Management: Helping individuals find their path and organizations build clear career frameworks.
  • Recruitment, Selection, and Performance Management: Connecting the right people with the right roles and ensuring they thrive.
  • Managing Change and Human Resources Development: Navigating organizational transformation in a Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous (VUCA) environment.

This division is dedicated to the creation and delivery of high-quality education and training. We design the tools, content, and frameworks that empower learners and equip organizations with the intellectual capacity to meet their strategic goals.

Services include:

  • Instructional Design: Designing and developing interactive eLearning courses that engage learners and deliver results.
  • Training Material Development: Developing comprehensive training materials, including eLearning content, tailored to your needs.
  • Vetting of Accredited Institutions, Registered Assessors, and Moderators: Ensuring quality assurance and compliance across training providers.
  • Managing Accreditations: Managing accreditations for OQSF (QCTO) and HEQSF (CHE) qualifications.
  • Registering Qualifications: Registering Full- and Part-Qualifications with SAQA on the NQF and Skills Programmes with QCTO.

This division manages the regulatory and financial frameworks that underpin skills development. We alleviate the administrative burden on businesses by ensuring full compliance with sectoral requirements and maximizing access to available funding.

Services include:

  • WSP & ATR Management: Managing and reporting compliant Workplace Skills Plans and Annual Training Reports to respective SETAs.
  • Contract Management for Grants: Administering contracts for Discretionary and Mandatory Grant Programmes to maximize your funding potential.

Corporate Social Investment: Giving Back To Our Communities

At INCASO Group, we believe that true success extends beyond the boardroom. Our commitment to advancing human skills and education is not confined to our paying clients—it is a responsibility we carry into the communities that surround us.

Through our Corporate Social Investment (CSI) initiatives, we strive to make a tangible difference where it is needed most. We invest in programs that uplift underserved communities, with a focus on:

  • Youth Development and Employability: Providing career guidance, mentorship, and skills development programs to young people, equipping them with the tools they need to transition from education into meaningful employment.
  • Educational Support: Partnering with schools and community organizations to enhance access to quality learning resources, infrastructure, and training opportunities.
  • Skills Development for Marginalized Groups: Offering targeted training and development interventions for individuals who face barriers to entering or advancing in the workforce.

We view CSI not as an ancillary activity, but as an extension of our core purpose: to help individuals earn a living, make a meaningful impact, and contribute to economic development. By investing in communities, we are investing in the future of our nation.
